Our service is comprehensive, from source to sale and includes:

  • Fully managed property clearance, collection or transportation.
  • All items valued, catalogued and prepared for sale.
  • Estimates can be given by emailed photograph.
  • Transparent charging and fast vendor payments.

Our vendors come from all over the UK and abroad and need to sell a wide variety of stock (from single items to containers):

  • One-off or multiple wholesale items: antiques, art, furniture, technology, treasure, unwanted gift or other…
  • Property clearances: houses, flats, shops, business or commercial premises.
  • Commercial stock: distressed, liquidation, order cancellations, end of range, package damage, customer returns, change of brand or an old model being replaced.
  • Probate valuations and sales: for solicitors, executors, banks, HMRC, relatives or beneficiaries.
  • All types of product: Antiques,Technology, Furniture, Hidden Treasures and more.

We accept delivered items to our St Albans address: Mondays and Tuesdays 9am to 5 pm (closed 13:00 to 13:30).

Should you need advice on selling items, or have heavy or bulky items, please email photographs with as much detail about the item(s) as possible to and we promise to come back to you as quickly as we can with the best advice and guidance in the industry.

When you attend the auction rooms to sell the items, our friendly staff will be there to assist you.  We ask that you bring details of a bank account that you wish the proceeds of the sale to be transferred to, as well as an email address that we can send the Vendors Statement of sale to.  This will normally be sent towards the end of the week following the sale, and will also show your Vendor number which should be quoted in any correspondence with us.

Charges: The auction Commission is 15% or £1.50 whichever is the greatest (£1.50 being the minimum commission charged at their discretion) and £1.00 Per Item Lotting Fee.  Please see our full Terms and Conditions.
